Brand-wise Terms & Conditions

Swiggy One BLCK Membership
• The Swiggy One BLCK 3-month membership is an exclusive, invite-only membership offered by Swiggy, and it is now extended to NEXT Account Customers of RBL Bank.
• RBL Bank NEXT Customers are offered this exclusive membership which will provide access to the Swiggy One BLCK membership with a validity period of 3 months. With the shared code, the Customer can avail the above-mentioned membership.
• The Swiggy One BLCK 3-month membership voucher benefit will only be provided once per Customer.
• The Customer understands and agrees that Bank or agency shall not be liable or responsible for any change or alteration in the terms and conditions of the Swiggy One BLCK membership. The Customer further understands and agrees that the Swiggy membership is governed by the Swiggy Terms and Conditions outlined below.
• This offer is extended to the Customer in the form of a voucher benefit which provides a coupon, redeemable until mapped validity.
• RBL Bank or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revoke/modify/change the terms of the voucher benefit being extended, at its sole discretion.
• The Customer understands and agrees that all disputes arising out of the Swiggy One BLCK Membership are to be addressed to Swiggy only.
Swiggy
• The code is shared by Swiggy to activate Swiggy One BLCK membership. The user has to apply the code: Click on “Swiggy One” icon on the Swiggy app >> “Redeem membership coupon code” >> “Enter coupon code” >> Complete the payment and activate the membership.
• Customers who have an active Swiggy One Membership, and who choose to activate the Swiggy One BLCK membership with the shared code, will have their existing Swiggy One Membership revoked, and the Swiggy One BLCK Membership will become active for 3 months from the date of the code activation.
• Anytime a Customer avails the Swiggy One BLCK Membership, any existing active membership of theirs (other than the Swiggy One BLCK membership) shall cease to exist, and their new Swiggy One BLCK Membership will be activated. Any remaining days in the previous/existing membership shall lapse upon activation of the Swiggy One BLCK Membership.
• All transactions on the Swiggy Platform will be subject to the other terms and conditions of provision of Services, as enumerated in Swiggy Terms and Conditions.
• Once the membership is activated, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
• The distances from the restaurant location to the customer's location shall be captured as per Google Map driving directions data at the time of placing the order. Swiggy shall not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy or efficacy of such data.
• Swiggy One BLCK benefits are available to orders above a certain amount as mentioned in the benefit section.
• Additional discounts specific to the Swiggy One BLCK program will be applicable on the discounted values of the food items post application of any generally available coupons on the Platform.

Terms & Conditions for HPCL Fuel Voucher
• This HPCL fuel voucher can be redeemed at selected HPCL outlets.
• The person who has the HPCL code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• HPCL is not responsible if the eGift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
• Multiple vouchers can be clubbed against one transaction.
• This is a one-time use Gift Voucher / Gift Card with an expiration date.
• No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the Gift Voucher / Gift Card will be given.
• Any unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
• HPCL Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
• HPCL Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be intimated or updated by HPCL from time to time. HPCL may add or delete any dates/periods at its sole discretion without any liability.
• Any dispute related to the HPCL Gift Voucher should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• HPCL shall, on a best-effort basis, attempt to accept Insta eGift Vouchers / eGift Cards; however, acceptance may fail due to technical reasons or reasons beyond HPCL's control.
• If an Insta eGift Voucher / eGift Card gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 working hours. In case of transaction failures after application of the voucher, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same card within 48 hours.
• For any queries or issues related to the Gift Voucher / Gift Card, customers may write to feedback@bigcity.in.
• HPCL reserves the right to edit or change the terms and conditions for the Insta eGift Voucher / eGift Card at any time without notice or liability.
• HPCL has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
• HPCL reserves the right to withdraw the Insta eGift Voucher / eGift Card scheme or offer before completion of the validity period without notice or liability, at its sole discretion.
• HPCL reserves the right to deny acceptance of any Insta eGift Voucher / eGift Card if it suspects duplication or misuse.
• In no event shall HPCL's liability for any claims exceed the value of the Insta eGift Voucher / eGift Card in dispute.

• Promocode will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. Convenience fees and other charges must be borne by the user.
• Promocode can be used only once within the validity period.

• Terms may change without prior notice.
• Disputes subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.
• Delivery may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

Aldo
1. Gift Voucher/e-Pay is ACCEPTED at all Listed Outlets.
2. Gift Voucher/e-Pay CANNOT be used Online.
3. Gift Voucher/e-Pay CAN be used during the Sale.
4. Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to the e-Pay balance.

6. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.

9. Only valid GVs/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Apparel group, shall be accepted for redemption.
10. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
11. The e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
12. GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
13. Apparel group or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
14. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
16. Apparel group may terminate or suspend Apparel group GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
17. Apparel group reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Apparel group GV/e-Pay at any time.
Amazon Pay
18. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
19. Amazon Vouchers (including Amazon Shopping Voucher, Amazon Prime Voucher and Amazon Fresh Voucher) are not eligible for use on Amazon Business marketplace effective 15th November 2023.
20. Redemption: Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on Amazon.in and any other third party merchants that are enabled to accept the Gift Cards. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemers Amazon Pay balance account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date.
21. Limitations: Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, Agency and Amazon each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
24. General Terms: Amazon reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you.

25. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on Amazon.in and any other third-party merchants that are enabled to accept the Gift Cards.
26. Purchases are deducted from the redeemers Gift Card balance.
27. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemers Amazon Pay balance account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date.
28. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card.
29. Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance.
30. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
31. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point of time.
32. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction.
Aurelia
33. This is an Aurelia E-Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted at all Aurelia Exclusive outlets.
34. The person who has the Aurelia GV or GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
35. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV or GC for making payments before billing.
36. Only the listed Aurelia outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV or GC. Aurelia may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
37. More than one GV or GC can be used in one bill.
38. This is the ONE time use GV/GC.
39. No Credit note or Refund for the unused amount of the GV/GC will be given.
40. Aurelia GV or GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
41. Aurelia GV or GC can be used during sale.
42. Any dispute related to the E-Gift Voucher (GV) or E-Gift Card (GC) should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
BookMyShow
43. A unique gift card code will be provided to the recipient's email ID post successful purchase.
44. The validity of the gift card is 6 months from the date of purchase. No request for extension of validity will be entertained and the remaining balance if any, will lapse after the expiry date.
45. Gift cards can be redeemed by entering the gift card code in the payment section under the "Gift Voucher" tab on www.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow mobile app. They cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.
46. Within the validity period, the code can be used multiple times till its balance is exhausted.
47. Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.
48. If the balance in the gift card is lower than the transaction value, the balance can be paid using other payment methods.
49. Gift card balance cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
50. Please store your gift card code carefully. If lost, the code cannot be retrieved, and no replacement shall be provided.

54. The holder of the Gift Voucher/Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
55. Luxe Gift Card is not redeemable at airport stores.
56. The Gift Voucher/Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
57. This is a one-time use Gift Voucher/Gift Card.
58. Multiple Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards can be used for one bill.
59. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher/Gift Card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refund/credit note shall be issued for unused parts.
60. Protect the Luxe Gift Card to avoid misuse. Reliance Brands Limited shall not assume any liability in case the PIN gets stolen/compromised.
61. Once issued, the Gift Voucher/Gift Card cannot be blocked.
62. The Gift Voucher/Gift Card can be redeemed only against full priced merchandise.

64. This is a Candere Instant Gift Voucher/Card and would only be accepted online at www.candere.com.
65. The person who has the Candere Gift Voucher Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
66. More than one GV can be used in one bill.
67. This is a ONE-time use Gift Voucher.
68. No Credit note/Refund for the unused amount of the Gift Voucher will be given.
69. Candere Insta Gift Voucher/Gift Card CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
70. Candere Insta Gift Voucher/Gift Card can be used during sale/Offers & Promotions.
71. Any dispute related to the Insta Gift Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
72. If an Instant Gift Voucher/Gift Card gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.

73. The Electronic Gift Vouchers is issued by Croma, Infiniti Retail Ltd.
74. The Electronic Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on croma.com and at Croma Stores.
75. The validity period on the gift Vouchers is for 365 days from the date of its issuance.
76. Should your purchase value exceed the value of the Electronic Gift Vouchers, the differential amount should be paid using other modes of payment.
77. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Electronic Gift Vouchers.
78. This Voucher should be treated like cash. Electronic Gift Vouchers can't be replaced or duplicated, if lost or stolen.
79. Only 5 Croma EGV can be redeemed on Single Invoice on Croma.com.
80. The Electronic Gift Vouchers has to be utilized in one single transaction and the balance will not be carried forward.

83. The gift card can be redeemed for any services, fitness products, or any other offerings provided by Cult.fit and/or Cult.sport (except wellness services like Dietician/Health Checkups/Sugar.fit).
84. Once you redeem your gift card, the gift card balance will be credited to the wallet provided by cult which can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card has expired.
85. Multiple Gift Cards can be used at a time and can be combined with other offers.
86. The Gift Card is NOT transferable post redemption and should not be resold or redeemed for cash.
87. Each GV can be redeemed only once per user.
88. GV cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be provided for any unused balance.

91. This is a 16 digit gift card which comes with a 4 digit pin.

93. You can use up to 10 gift cards or a max of Rs 10,000 on decathlon.in and app. Retail stores accept up to 10 gift cards with no value limit.
94. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
95. Decathlon is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
96. The GV/GC is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the GV/GC till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.

102. Once E gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

137. This is a Yum! Restaurants E-Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted at all KFC Outlets and on the website at https://online.kfc.co.in/home.
138. Single GV/GC can be used in one bill against online redemption.
139. Multiple GV/GC can be used in one bill at the outlet (offline redemption).
140. The bill amount should be equal to or less than the gift voucher amount (during online redemption).
141. Multiple payment modes cannot be used while using a gift voucher on the payment page (during online redemption).
142. This is a ONE time use GV/GC.
143. No Credit note/Refund for the unused amount of the GV/GC will be given.

147. The Gift card is valid for purchases made from MakeMyTrip only and is valid for a period of 6 Months from the date of Purchase.

189. AGENCY is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
190. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
191. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card after due verification.
192. No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E-gift cards and gift vouchers.
Uber
193. You must have an active and valid Uber account to redeem the Gift Card.
194. Gift Cards may be purchased online from authorized distributors using credit card, debit card and internet banking provided by banks in India. The Gift Card cannot be used outside of India.
195. Valid for a period of 6 months from the date of activation.
196. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card after due verification.
197. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds after purchase. Once purchased, the Gift Card cannot be cancelled, nor is it refundable, returnable or redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
198. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card. Uber is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
199. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be exclusively governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi/Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
200. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
201. No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers.
Zomato E-Gift Voucher
202. The Gift Cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products only on the Zomato website and mobile application (Zomato Platform) and on the Zomato Affiliate Platform (including Blinkit).
203. Once the Gift PPI is purchased, the User cannot cancel it, return it, seek a refund for it or redeem the Gift PPI for cash or credit, except where required by law.
204. The Gift PPI can be combined with promotional codes and with other digital payment options.
205. Gift PPI cannot be used to purchase other gift PPIs.
206. Gift PPI cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.
207. In case of multiple Gift PPIs, the one having the earliest expiration date will be applied first.
208. Credit and debit cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Gift PPIs.
209. Zomato reserves the right to change the Gift PPIs terms and conditions from time to time.
210. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
